Ordering Instructions
The contract number must be referenced on all Quotes and Purchase Orders. Reseller will provide the quote to the customer. Purchase orders are made out to Panasonic referencing the reseller noted in the Contract Sales section. Payments for Purchase Orders are to be made directly to the reseller partner. Delivery is within 30 days after a Purchase Order is received unless otherwise stated in the Purchase Order acknowledgement. All products shall be shipped FOB Destination. Purchases are governed by the terms and conditions of contract number 99999-SPD-SPD0000161-0009.
